Method
Preheat over to 350°F (176°C).
Make crust by mixing together the honey with the graham cracker crumbs.
Press into the bottom of a 9 1/2" pie pan prepared with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 7-9 minutes (honey browns quickly…do not over bake). Cool before filling.
Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk and egg substitute together until well blended.
Pour mixture into cooled pie crust.
Bake pie for 60-70 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
If you have any extra pie filling (mixture perfectly fills a 9 1/2" pie pan…if you have a smaller one, you may have extra filling), spoon into a custard cup prepared with nonstick cooking spray.
